The common terrace provided a relaxing space. Good breakfast was also available each morning. I found this very convenient.

The door to the bathroom was a bit sticky.

I appreciated the location. It's close to jalan petaling food street and a short walk to train stations.. also, i found many local restaurants and shops nearby. the receptionists were genuinely kind and helpful. a big water bottle was available in the hallway, a great convenience.

the music from a nearby pub was audible until late at night, affecting my sleep a bit.. pillows were not comfortable, they gave me a neck ache.

the standard twin room included fresh towels daily.. also, the space, though small, was very clean. there was effective air conditioning to keep the space cool, a great relief after a day out.

the rooftop garden offered a nice space to relax.. plus, the communal fridge and microwave were beneficial for preparing simple meals. a complimentary breakfast was provided, a pleasant surprise i found really charming.

irene at the reception was kind and helpful with directions and local tips.. she. the staff helped me carry my bags to my room, a considerate gesture i won't forget.
